Return Policy for NetCablePhone

At NetCablePhone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or product, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Service Cancellations

  • You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our customer support.
  • If cancellation occurs within 14 days of activation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, excluding any installation or activation fees.
  • After 14 days, service fees are non-refundable.

2. Equipment Returns

  • If you received equipment (e.g., routers, modems) from NetCablePhone, it must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Equipment must be free of damage, include all accessories, and be returned using the shipping label provided.
  • Failure to return the equipment may result in additional charges.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Prepaid service fees
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
